Incarnating 'Ascended Masters' and Union with Source                                                Breaking Boundaries and the Development of "Return to Source Regression"

The hypnotic induction for the Between Life Regression session began like any other and no-one who was present on that day in May 2017 had

any idea that they were about to witness an event that would cause a paradigm shift in expectations concerning karma and reincarnation that had

been both promoted by religious and spiritual dogma for millennia and supported by nearly 50 years of research into Near Death Experiences and

Past and Between Life Regression Therapy. Nor, for that matter, did the witnesses have any conception that they would hear messages that were

consistent with the broad thrust of Theosophic texts and the published and emerging dialogs associated with the Ascension movement. For the

first time in published Between Life Regression research, an incarnate Human Being enlivened by the Soul energy of an 'Ascended Master'

would be identified, direct messages from the Guide of that 'Ascended Master' would be received, a further three incarnations enlivened by

'Ascended Masters' would be identified among the observers and the current massive mission to awaken Humanity would be exposed through

hypnotic techniques. Subsequently, further Between Life Regression sessions with other volunteers have provided additional evidence

supporting the themes exposed in that initial session, including that of the current proliferation of reincarnated 'Ascended Masters' and other

advanced Spiritual Entities. It has also spurred the development of a breakthrough Regression technique - "Return to Source Regression" -

first demonstrated in July 2017, that facilitates a total immersion with Source (or God, depending on one's perspective), allowing the true

multi-dimensional aspect of Spiritual existence can be experienced in one visceral session: (i) an insight into past incarnations; (ii) deep

diving into the Astral and Celestial realms; and (iii) an immersion with Source.

Implications arising from the revelations that arose during that initial session (and subsequent sessions) are significant for Consciousness

research - far beyond the Past and Between Life Regression framework - and arguably, for Humanity. The messages suggest that Humanity

is at a critical phase of development and that the Astral realms are rallying to contribute to spiritual transcendence on the Earth at this time. Of

course, the passage of time will attest to what the outcome will be of that broad thrust of advanced Spiritual energy (at least insofar as it was

exposed in that session in May 2017) - in the interim, however, we have had the opportunity to gain some insight into a new area of the

Between Life realms: the realm of the 'Ascended Masters' (which, according to commentaries associated with the Ascension Movement,

include - among others - Buddha, Christ and Enoch1). Standard hypnotic techniques associated with Between Life recall have also been used

as a gateway to unifying with Source, which has created the capacity for a fundamentally life-changing Spiritually Transformative

Experience (STE) that need not rely upon decades of meditation, inner contemplation or the administration of psycho-pharmaceuticals. While

some in the New Age community  would say that the rapid developments are entirely consistent with the increasing pace of the Spiritual

transformation of Humanity and the emerging energies of the Dynamic Feminine that are supplanting maladaptive global paradigms that

preceded the Astrological alignment of the 2017 Lion's Gate and the August Lunar and Solar eclipses, one thing is certain, the previous three

months saw a radical realignment of the potential offered by hypnotic Regression for accessing Spirit, through the discovery of reincarnated

'Ascended Masters' and the development of "Return to Source Regression".

Established and emerging commentaries within the Ascension Movement

The Ascension Movement is closely associated with Dr Stone - a Transpersonal Psychologist - who wrote

extensively on meditation and Spiritual topics, including the seminal work, The Complete Ascension

Manual 2 - and historically, to earlier 'New Age' traditions, including Theosophy and the 'I AM Movement'

arising from the 'I AM' Activity 3 channelled by Guy Ballard. In many ways, the Ascension Movement mixes

elements of Western and Eastern religious traditions and maintains a focus on the experiential nature of spiritual growth (including that of the path of Enlightenment). It recognized that any individual

incarnation is simply one element of a multi-dimensional manifestation of the Divine and there is an

understanding that, with concerted effort, an individual may transcend duality to achieve unity with all

aspects of Source (or God). While Stone introduced an extraterrestrial element to the tradition - which is

embraced by many within the community - he stopped short of suggesting that 'Ascended Masters' were

contributing in an ongoing manner to incarnations.

Subsequently, however, there is an emerging message that is coming through channelled communication within the Ascension Movement that suggests 'Ascended Masters' - and other energies from the Astral

realms - are contributing to incarnations in our current time to increase the spiritual energy of Humanity

in general. Notably, contemporary commentary within the Ascension Movement has used the figure of

144,000 'Ascended Masters' identified by Stone and suggests that those Beings are involved in actively

incarnating at the current time - through a process that accesses the multi-dimensional nature of Spirit to

enliven incarnations which may total in the millions. In terms of 'volunteer' Astral energies, Cannon has

prepared numerous Case Studies revealing this scenario through hypnotic regressions.4 Commentary

from the most recent material from Walsch is also noteworthy, including: intra-personal acknowledgement

of Spiritual growth is an important element that contributes to Spiritual 'awakening'; helping others to

grow Spiritually is best done through sharing one's self and one's experiences - and such activity  also

serves to contribute to the emerging self 'awakening'; each person's true identity is Divine (which is Unconditional Love); an expansion in collective consciousness is occurring currently; advanced Spiritual entities are incarnating on Earth to assist in that expansion; and Source manifests in 3 fundamental

forms - that which is eternal, unified, omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent (the All), that which is

ethereal (the Astral, Celestial or Heavenly realms) and that which is physical (that characterized by

Humanity's experience).5

Karma and Fate throughout History and across Traditions

From ancient times and across a variety of traditions, 'karma' - whether by that word, or by another (such as 'fate') - had been recognized as a significant factor in the spiritual life of human beings. Two millennia before the birth of Christ, the Egyptians recognized the concept with their own deity - Shai - who was a God of Fate and Destiny. Born with each individual, Shai also had a role in spiritual rebirth following physical death.6  The polytheistic spirituality of the Ancient Greeks included the Moirai - three female deities who controlled the fates of humanity: the sisters Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos.7 Plato - one of the greatest philosophers known to recorded history - discussed the role of Fate and choices made prior to incarnation in 'The Myth of Er' - a Greek tale which was produced when the city state of Rome was still in its infancy.8 Buddha explored similar concepts, contemporaneously, half a world away 9 - centuries before the term 'karma' was widely used and defined within the classic Hindu text, the Bhagavad Gita.10 Within the Christian faith, fate and predestination are features of The Old Testament and within the Gospels of The New Testament numerous references are made to predestined events - perhaps, most notably in Matthew 26:21, when Christ predicts Judas' impending treachery: "And while they were eating, he said, 'Truly, I tell you, one of you will betray me'". Even the Vikings recognized a pre-incarnation and fatalistic force in the form of the Norns - Beings that influenced the destiny of both humans and Gods: the three most prominent Norns were Urğr, Verğandi and Skuld.11

Reincarnation, Past Lives and Spiritual Life beyond Physical Death

Similarly, reincarnation is a prominent feature of many religious traditions.12 Within Hinduism

and Buddhism, the concept of ongoing cycles of  reincarnation is a central theme. Even

Christianity includes references indicating that the Disciples understood that reincarnation

occurred. The Gospel of Matthew, for example, contains a reference indicating the Elijah had

been reincarnated as John the Baptist - Matthew 11:14, referring to Christ speaking of John the

Baptist, reads as follows: "And if you wish, accept it, that he is Elijah who was to come".

Decades of previous research - from a variety of fields -  had established consistent findings that

also framed expectations on that day. Kübler-Ross, for example - one of the foremost experts on

Death and Dying - had identified definitive Stages of Spiritual Life beyond Physical Death arising

from an analysis of over 20,000 Case Studies of patients who had reported Near Death

Experience.13

Moody, too, identified the same characteristics through interviews with individuals who claimed

to have experienced Near Death Experiences (NDEs) - and he was the first to describe the event

as an NDE.14 Subsequent researchers in the emerging field of Near Death Experiences (NDEs),

including Long and Schwartz, have found similar features in the recall of those that have

experienced a clinical death - as defined by modern medicine - only to be revived and live to

share their experiences.15, 16

Similar features also appear in biographical accounts of NDEs by trained medical practitioners,

such as those of Alexander and Kason.17, 18  Critically, those features have also been identified

by researchers and practitioners - including Weiss, Newton, Cannon, Tomlinson and the

Jacksons - who have been investigating the induction of Past and Between Life recall through

hypnosis.19-31

There were no indications that there would be anything exceptional arise during the session. Researchers using hypnotic regression to

induce Past Life and Between Life recall were in agreement as to the 'level' of Soul that may be encountered. There had, for example, never

been a reported case of a 'Master' or 'Ascended Master' (such as Buddha or Christ) having ever been contacted in a hypnotic regression session -

the most advanced Souls to have been documented were those who were in their final physical incarnations prior to becoming 'Guides'.

This expectation was entirely consistent with commentaries of Consciousness researchers, including Hawkins, who had emphatically stated

that, while the energies of advanced Enlightened Beings ('Masters' and 'Ascended Masters') are available to assist humanity, the reincarnation

cycles of those Souls have ceased.32-34  Being mindful of substantial religious dogma in support of reincarnation, there was little doubt that the

session would reveal evidence of Past Life recall.

Similarly, there was every reason to expect that the Stages of Spiritual Life beyond Physical Death that

had been formerly identified by Kübler-Ross and affirmed by subsequent investigators would unfold

through the session, including: (i) a sensation of floating away from the body, assuming an ethereal

shape and omniscience concerning the immediate circumstances of the physical death (including the

return of faculties that may have been absent - such as 'sight' - at the time of death); (ii) the ability to

reorient in space and time at the speed of thought, communicate or appear to living loved ones and

lovingly reunite with 'Guides', 'Guardian Angels' or deceased loved ones and family members;

(iii) travelling with Spirit companions while being drawn to a bright light radiating with intense loving

energy and anticipating a 'return to home'; and (iv) an appreciation of being at one with Source (some

would say God) that includes universal omniscience, omnipresence and unconditional love as the

ultimate expression of omnipotence and a life review (which can include a replay of every action in

one's life from the first- and third-person perspective and otherwise also demonstrated the

interconnectedness of all that exists).35

Once the session had transitioned fully into a Between Life scenario, there were also expectations that

some insight could be gained into this Soul's interaction with spiritual features indentified in previous

research, including 'Healing Chambers', the 'Akashic Records' (a term based on Buddhist teachings and

first used by Sinnett to describe a karmic record of events that is accessible to spiritual adepts 36), their

own and associated 'Soul Groups; and planning for future lives (including reviewing key features of

lives presented as options and the analysis for particular bodily selection to address 'karmic' or

'spiritual lessons' that need to be considered).37

As occurs in such session, a brief Past Life Regression occurred - this is used as a 'gateway' to the

Between Life Regression that provides for recall of the life between incarnations that occurs in the

Astral (or Heavenly) realms. Through that portion of the session, the volunteer undergoing hypnosis experienced an immersive hypnotic regression to a former life (that of a woman whose life ended after

she was bludgeoned by thieves in a botched robbery soon after World War I), but that was the very last

element of the session that conformed with expectations. From the point forward, the witnesses to the regression were seeing history made. The next phase of the Between Life Regression represented a

paradigm shift that would provide a degree of convergent validity for some established and emerging

commentaries associated with the Ascension Movement.

Current reincarnations of 'Ascended Masters' and other highly advanced Souls

The first indication that something a little unusual was unfolding began when the responses from the volunteer indicated that she had

transitioned directly to appearing before a Council (which was analogous with the 'Council of Elders' that had been identified in previous

research, but in this case, it was populated by other members of the volunteer's 'Soul Group') after choosing to leave the earthly realm shortly

after the death that had been documented in the Past Life Regression. Usually, there would be a more lengthy period of transition which would

involve features such as connection with a Guide or deceased loved ones and moving through a tunnel (or similar feature) towards a love-infused

energy (typically a bright light), in addition to exposure to Healing Chambers (where the Soul is cleansed of emotional residue from the previous

life) and reunifying with other members of a Soul Group. In this case, however, all these transitionary steps were skipped - "because I don't need

to do any of that" was the response when a question was asked after it became departure from normal processes became apparent (at this time,

there was a discernable change in the voice of the volunteer - it was now strong [where it had formerly been quite softly spoken and meek] and

there also appeared to be a visible shift in the tone of the volunteer's skin and facial muscles).

Above we show a depiction of Mary (mother of

Christ) - Mary is among those identified as an

'Ascended Master'. This painting, Mary, Queen

of Heaven (c. 1485/1500), is attributed to the

artist known as the Master of the Saint

                                                      Lucy Legend.

As the Soul was at a relatively advanced stage of the Between Life process - compared to those

that had been documented in prior Case Studies - a request was made to speak directly with the

'Guide' that accompanied the Soul before the Council. When the Guide was channelled through

the volunteer, the reason for the departure from the expected process became apparent, "She is

an Ascended Master," was stated in a rather matter-of-fact manner. Then, rather than be

prompted by the hypnotist, the Guide started to drive the session - it was quite a thing to

behold. Clearly, there was much to be said in a short amount of time - at least from a cosmic

perspective - and the Guide said as much. For example, the Guide had a message for the

hypnotist directly, "Here is how you will come to recognize the energy of other Ascended

Masters - remember the emotion you felt when you first made contact with her? That is your

body's signal that you have made contact with an Ascended Master".

Reference was then made - by the Guide - to the purpose of the disclosures on that day in a

manner that included an insight into the Cosmic planning that had been undertaken to

achieve the desired outcomes. "You are doing very important work," the channelled Guide

said - apparently addressing the hypnotist - and continued, "and the work on bringing

together this day has been planned for decades". The message continued: "Much planning

has been needed to ensure that the three other Ascended Masters present heard this message -

they needed to hear this information to assist in their own awakening - so that they hear

confirmation of what they already know". The implications of that comment were

momentous - not only was one person incarnated by 'Ascended Master' energy present (and

channelling, under hypnosis, a Guide that was disclosing a pattern of reincarnation that had

not been identified previously, but there were also three other 'awakening' individuals present

that were enlivened by 'Ascended Master' energy. The Guide proceeded to speak of the

association of the Soul Clusters of those individuals, saying, "One is of the same Soul Group,

but the other two are of different Groups".

The Guide continued with detail about the nature of 'awakening' those enlivened by 'Ascended Master' energy: "Ascended Masters usually experience particularly brutal circumstances that prompt their awakening - it is just what is required because they need to be so deeply asleep to initially integrate in normal society". It was time, however, for the person who was hypnotized - and the other awakening 'Ascended Masters' that were present to hear the message - so said the Guide - because, "it is time for them to fully embrace their mission to assist Humanity at this important time". The Guide continued, "Earth is at a critical point and all the Ascended Masters and many others have chosen to incarnate to help Humanity now - there are 144,000 of us here and this is the last time this will occur - it is the time for Humanity to shift". Again, just in a simple phrase or two, this Guide had provided a deep and utterly new insight into the nexus between Earthly realities and Divine intention and planning. Even if the figure of 144,000 were treated metaphorically, it was clear that a very significant plan had been enacted at the Divine level specifically for the purposes of aiding Humanity and the Earth now - at what was identified, at the Divine level, as a critical time.

Above, we show a 14th Century painting depicting the Death of Buddha (Parinirvana). Buddha

is among those that have been identified as an 'Ascended Master'.

The nature of the incarnation experience of 'Ascended Masters' was also addressed by the Guide: "Ascended Masters reincarnate with no

karma - they are here to serve, whether by allowing others to resolve their karmic debts or in other ways, like raising the consciousness of

Humanity through awakening others". This was a radical departure from existing religious dogma - and existing consciousness research - that

had otherwise sought to inextricably intertwine incarnation with karma. In one fell swoop, this Guide had contributed to an understanding

of the capacity for some people (and ultimately all, insofar as all are destined to rise to those high levels of consciousness) to experience physical

and spiritual lives free from karma.

Between Life features arising from Regressions of other 'Ascended Masters' identified in the initial session

As noted previously, three other 'Ascended Masters' had been identified as witnesses to the hypnotic Regression that exposed the first case

of an incarnate 'Ascended Master'. One was identified as being of the same Soul Cluster, but another two were from different groups. In the

days that followed, each of those who were initially witnesses would undergo Between Life Regression. Each Regression of those witnesses

who were identified as 'Ascended Masters' had features similar to the initial Case Study, in addition to providing further details of the

presentation, roles and incarnation history of 'Ascended Masters'. The extract that follows provides a detailed insight into disclosures arising

during one such session.

"I reunited with my 75% energy and instantly I had entered a Council meeting. As I arrived there,

all my Soul Group greeted me - they knew I was returning. The Council was composed of my Peers

and we were together in energy form. I perceived that we had Human shaped energy, but no

faces were necessary. We recognised each other by colours and energy. Depending on what was

going on or who we are meeting with, we adapt our appearance accordingly. I have a bright

purple energy but can metamorphosis - depending on what I am needing to do at that time. I am

aware of being able to change my appearance when needed.

I am aware of my position within my Soul Group on the Council - and my attire. I wear Purple

robes with Gold thread edging and on my left, I wear a pin of Gold with coloured Gems running

vertically down to the side of the Gold threads. Around my waist, I have a large Gold belt - this

also has coloured gems embedded into it, but these run horizontally - the belt is usually not

seen by most as my Purple robes cover most of what I wear including a White gown and belt

under the robes.

I can hold a Human female form when necessary, but this is not my natural form.

I know that when we are in Council with lower level Beings, they appear to feel more

comfortable and at ease to view us in Human form - and in our Master's robes.

I wear Purple robes most of the time and White robes when I am in more formal meetings

with the other Elders. I am what they call the 'Overseer' or 'Watcher' and I communicate

among the other members of the Council telepathically, in addition to speaking on behalf

of the group when it is necessary. We have two Masters in Green robes - they are Healers -

one in Blue robes who holds Knowledge and one each in Red, Pink and Yellow robes, in

addition to five Elders in White".

Again, during the sessions, the Souls of the 'Ascended Masters' took the opportunity to drive the sessions - to a degree - with one asking the

hypnotist, "Where would you like me to go while I am in Spirit?" and, "What would you like to know?". In response to those questions, the

hypnotist asked the 'Ascended Master' to go to the Akashic Records and describe what was perceived and access relevant Life records. The

'Ascended Master' said, "It [the Akashic Records] looks like whatever you may wish it to look," and spoke of the Life records - with some

humour - as follows: "It's been a while since this book has been out and we may need to dust it off".

In response to a query from a hypnotist concerning the lack of a visit to a Healing Room after one particularly tragic past life, one

'Ascended Master' said, "When you get to the level I am at, we heal ourselves from any trauma on our way home". On the matter of one

very short life, too, an 'Ascended masters' said, "This life was a lesson for the parents to learn, not for me - I agreed to do a brief life to help

these parents learn the value of life". A further commentary on the service and karmic issues applying to reincarnating 'Ascended Masters'

then followed:

"Ascended Masters do not come here with life lessons to learn - we have done that

already with our previous lives. We come without Karma, but we can accumulate

it. I have not done that - I have not accumulated any.

We agree to come to help Humanity. This is not my first time on Earth as an

Ascended Master, but this will be my last time here. I agreed to come here as a

Master, but will depart here as an Elder. Elders do not incarnate here - I will

remain in Spirit as an Elder until I move forward from there.

I knew I was contracted for that foreshortened life - and also knew that I was

being prepared to come back again later in that century".

When asked to identify - again, under hypnosis - how many incarnations had been experienced on Earth, one 'Ascended Master' stated,

"247, but that is a very small amount of lives compared to the lives I have lived on other Planets". That response prompted a follow-up

query on the number of incarnations that had been experienced on other Planets, to which the 'Ascended Master' responded with a

statement that also provided additional confirmation of the current purpose of the reincarnation on Earth, thus: "I have lost count, but

many more than the lives here on Earth - I am on loan to this Planet to help Humanity to transition into higher dimensions, this Planet

is not my home".

Convergent evidence from subsequent Regressions and "Return to Source" immersion

Subsequent Between Life Regression sessions have provided convergent evidence of the radically different Spirit experience of

advanced Souls. While those sessions have not included Guides that have identified any Soul as an 'Ascended Master', similar

features to those noted previously have been apparent, including: (i) the reunion with the Soul's Group (which otherwise also

comprises a self-guided Council) immediately following physical death; (ii) the innate capacity for the advanced Soul to heal any

residual effects remaining beyond physical death without visiting Healing Chambers; (iii) the utter lack of karmic debt in decisions

related to incarnation; and (iv) that incarnation is about service to Humanity or Creation. Added information has also been revealed,

insofar as multiple incarnation options are not presented, but rather that the best choice is identified to achieve the desired Divine

goal and pursued thereafter. Significant messages were also communicated, including that which follows:

"If you come to Earth with Power or Light, depending on your circumstances, you

may need to be careful for a good part of your life. You may find you are judged by

the community, but realize that they know no better. If you are lucky, you will be

able to flourish - even later in life. If you are to flourish early in life, it is likely that

you will be born to parents that recognize and encourage you. Remember, when

you are a Child of Light, you will be returning to the Light - and if you have the

opportunity, rejoice in that knowledge. Along the way, if you can, choose wisely

those with whom you share yourself. It may be necessary to be guarded on

occasions. You will be born with the strength to take you through life - and you

may find that you have more strength than you realize. Be guided by that and

embrace your knowledge of your True Self".

While working with Advanced Souls, a "Return to Source" immersion was also successfully attempted - it resulted in the client,

who remained under hypnosis, identifying the Source energy while in the Between Life Regression and shifting dimensionally to

connect with Source (or God, depending on one's perspective). The subsequent experience was reported to be utterly ecstatic,

characterized by intense sensations of Unconditional Love, Unity and the Infinite, in addition to being pervasive (the effects and

recall continued well beyond the session). While connected with Source, the Advanced Souls noted that they were present with

their Soul Groups (and others), but in a manner that was free from individuation.

Implications for future Research and Practice in hypnotic Regression techniques

Two critical boundaries in Between Life Regression have been demonstrated to be utterly permeable in a three month period in

2017. It now appears, for example, that very advanced Spirit is incarnating on Earth - at least at the 'Ascended Master' level - and

otherwise, Regression techniques have been shown to be successful in facilitating a fully immersive inner experience of connection

with Source. Consequently, it now appears that the multi-dimensional realms of Consciousness are available through safe and

effective hypnotic inductions and that STEs may be facilitated through means that do not require the administration of

psycho-pharmaceuticals or NDEs. With emerging research identifying the potent value of pharmaceutical-induced STEs in the

treatment of a range of conditions - including Depression, Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder 38 - significant opportunities

may exist to research the effects of targeted hypnotic Regression methods that elicit STEs on similar conditions. In terms of

Consciousness research, too, there are implications for validation and extension of new information concerning the levels of Spirit

that reincarnate in the Earthly realm, in addition to the influence of Karma and the processes that may be involved in Between Life

planning at levels of - and potentially beyond - the 'Ascended Masters'. The innovation of "Return to Source Regression" also

provides an entirely new Spirit realm in Human Consciousness that may be explored that is potentially limitless.
